Do you love crêpes? If you do, you are going to l-o-v-e a crêpe cake! I am privileged to have have been given a crêpe recipe from a French family who have won awards in France and throughout the world using this recipe. It's with this recipe I create my crêpe cakes.
My signature crêpe cakes feature 35 paper thin handmade crêpes, which are then gently stacked with a layer of filling between each. You have a choice between four different fillings: vanilla custard, chocolate mousse, Nutella or homemade Meyer lemon curd.
The crêpe cakes are decorated with chocolate shavings, candied lemon rind, hazelnuts or berries.

30+ crepes with layers of Madagascar vanilla and topped with fresh berries.
More than 30+ crepes with fresh Oregon hazelnut custard. Topped with whole roasted hazelnuts.
Delicate crepes are layered with Belgium chocolate and topped with chocolate ganache.
